Photography is a wonderful way to perceive your surroundings more consciously and to share your own perspective with others. Image editing goes one step further: it makes it possible to realise your own moody, evocative visions, or even to create entirely new worlds in a way that was unthinkable just a short while ago.
Since 2006 I have approached these subjects in my own way – through contact with special people, through workshops, exhibitions, literature, and above all through plenty of hands-on practice – and I would like to pass on what I have learned.
My coaching is aimed primarily at individuals or couples who enjoy photography and who want to acquire new knowledge intensively in a pleasant atmosphere — or revisit and deepen what they already know. The content is tailored entirely to what is most helpful and interesting to you right now.
Not everyone has the ambition to become a professional photographer or image editor; but even as „just" an exciting hobby it is much more rewarding when the results increasingly match your own vision and you can feel yourself making progress.

- How much equipment, and which kind, do I really need for my purposes?
- Colour management – the prerequisite for meaningful image editing.
- Image management and editing with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (RAW development, keywording, backup …) and Adobe Photoshop (beauty retouching, colour looks, composites … on your own photos if you like).
- Photography with the mobile „studio" of compact flashes and various light modifiers (umbrella, softbox, beauty dish). Outdoor, on-location and studio shootings with and without a model (or – my personal favourite – with your own partner as a model); a make-up artist can of course be booked when needed.
- Insights into various photographic communities and social networks.
