The brief for this site was a single sentence. What came of it: a wall of more than 300 photographs that reshuffles on every visit, in three languages, with no cookie banner – and an editing surface Sabine Zgraggen runs herself.

Home Assistant has taken charge at our house — as a Hyper-V VM with replication to a second host, naturally. Why our existing Zigbee devices simply kept working, how voice control moved back into the house, and why the car now charges when the sun or the electricity price says so.
